Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services for non-payment or suspected fraud.
3. Health Disclaimer
Participation in fitness or wellness programs involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate and assume all associated risks.
Move with Gail does not provide medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Here at Move with Gail, we send appointment information — confirmation and reminder messages — to customers once they have booked an appointment through our website and opted in to receive promotional and notification SMS messages from Move with Gail.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
